Doug Haris is a professional in the clean energy field with over 20 years’ experience . As the Founder and CEO of Kohala Electric LLC, he specialized in concept-to-completion of custom, high-end residential and commercial solar, electrical, and automation projects. During this time, he had numerous projects featured in Luxury Home Magazine: Hawaii-Pacific Luxury Living and other publications. He has installed a total of 2 megawatts of solar photovoltaic and energy storage systems (ESS). Doug joined Manaflex in early 2023, adding his technical expertise, project management, and a hands-on approach to challenges to the team. His experience in tenant improvement, machine design, and electrical engineering have contributed to the company’s growth in the U.S., and his journey from academia to the development of clean energy projects reflects his dedication to the industry
